as; Chronic pain, Limited mobility, Recovery from injuries,
Repetitive strain injury, Postural problems & Muscle
tension or spasm.
Remedial
Massage
When
muscles and tendons become damaged or impaired, knotted,
tense, tight or immobile, our remedial massage technique is
designed to stimulate the blood supply allowing toxins in the
muscles to be removed, this enables the calming of the nervous
system to ease pain and discomfort and the toning and relaxing
of muscles to improve joint mobility.
The
massage is applied directly to the skin using a lubricating
medium which ensures that the muscles associated with the
disorder and mobilisation of the joint are deeply penetrated.
Passive stretching moves are also used. Specialised techniques
are used to locate and repair damage and to support and speed
up the body's own repair mechanisms.
Aromatherapy

oils, for psychological and physical well being.

stimulate the desired responses. The different smells (Aromas)
and the chemical constituents of the oils can produce
different emotional and physiological reactions.

bodily infections, detoxifying the bodyand transporting
metabolic wastes, excess water, bacteria and toxins out of the
body. The lymph glands (Neck, armpits, groin etc) are
connected by a broad network of of vessels which transplant
the fluid. Muscular movements is required to move it, as there
is no 'Heart' to pump it.
Lymphatic
Drainage is a gentle whole body treatment that relaxes the
nervous system and aids the body's immune system.
Hot
Stone Massage

heating the stones, the practitioner will begin a co-ordinated
sequence. Whilst placing some stones on the body, other stones
will be used in a flow of massage techniques including,
Swedish, Remedial, Shiatsu, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and
chakra balancing.
There
is no other treatment like it, the heat and properties of the
